Candy
Halloween provides an occasion for the neighborhood to redistribute its candy.
Today, while shopping at Belk, I spotted a pair of flat dressy shoes. They match the dress I have in mind and seem to be reasonably priced.
At check-out, I was charged only half of the listed price. Turned out there was an additional 40% off of the listed price.
